With the Festive season fast arriving Oak were requested to provide a fast turn key solution to their problem. Oak were recommended to the owners by another Londis member who had recently utilised the companies refrigeration skills for a similar project. |

| Retail Refrigeration Refit |  |
| Following the completion of a 16 week refit of a leading retailer in the midlands Oak have recently completed the installation of 2 packs, coldrooms and cases. The refrigeration systems designed by Oak included water misting systems to reduce the condensing pressures in the summer and also the installation of EVI scroll compressors. Using EVI scroll compressors reduced the input power to the freezer plant by 30% V standard scroll compressors. Oak also installed pulse heaters to the glass doors to reduce the trim heater loads/energy usage by 40%. Pack floating system was also introduced to the HT pack to trim the demand to provide further savings in energy usage. |
